Built around real business risk

Contract review for freelancers and small businesses

BrieflyGo focuses on the agreements that control payment, scope, ownership, liability, renewal, and the ability to walk away.

For freelancers

Get paid, control scope, and keep your work

Review client contracts, statements of work, NDAs, and retainers before a difficult clause turns into unpaid work or lost intellectual property.

  • Catch slow payment and vague acceptance terms
  • Flag scope creep, unlimited revisions, and broad IP transfers
  • Fix the language, send securely, and keep signed proof

Tax Deadlines

Tax deadlines for freelancers and small businesses

Track quarterly estimates, VAT, payroll, company, and income-tax dates across the US, UK, EU, Australia, Ireland, and Singapore.

US tax calendar, 2026–2027

The IRS year has two shapes at once. There is one large April date — Form 1040 for individuals and Form 1120 for C-corporations — and underneath it a quarterly rhythm for everyone whose tax is not withheld for them, with estimated payments falling due in January, April, June and September. Pass-through entities file a month ahead of individuals, and information returns land on 31 January.

The Self Assessment year ends on 5 April, and almost everything downstream hangs off 31 January: the online return, the balancing payment for the year that has ended, and the first payment on account for the year already running. File on paper and you lose three months. Employers, meanwhile, meet PAYE and CIS every single month rather than once a year.

Singapore tax calendar, 2026–2027

Singapore taxes on a preceding-year basis, so the Year of Assessment 2026 is about income you earned in 2025 — which is why the individual deadline sits in April and the corporate one in November. Three more obligations run on rolling clocks rather than fixed days: CPF by the 14th, withholding tax by the 15th of the second month after payment, and GST F5 one month after each period ends.

Australian tax calendar, 2026–2027

The Australian income year runs to 30 June, so individual returns are due on 31 October for anyone lodging their own rather than through a registered agent. The business rhythm is the activity statement — quarterly on the 28th, monthly on the 21st — and the payroll year closes with a Single Touch Payroll finalisation declaration in July.
